We are riding humongous waves of change. Will we lovingly flourish or drown in fear and hatred? We can evolve and be part of the change, or we can watch our world collapse.

Many of us chose to be here to witness and be a part of the changing of paradigms. A changing of the guards from the 1% white patriarchy based on fear, to a new reality built on beams of love guarding the rights and freedom for all.

The Vision of the Brave and the Bold

We have prepared for these times of crisis, chaos, and upheaval. This is the time to shine your light. Many individuals, each a pillar of light, spread across the globe, shining hope, vision and love. Stand strong. Unite with the essence of your soul, your inner truth. Dig deep; wrap your roots around your inner wisdom.

We are in the midst of the birthing pains of a new reality and a new humanity. Worldwide we are witnessing an inner revolution, the revolution of the feminine in all her glorious forms. The feminine resides in everyone, both male and female.

The low frequency of fear, hatred, and corruption is belching around the world. Camouflaged in the illusion of peace and freedom, the crass, unscrupulous greed and war underbelly of the old patriarchy, that has been present for millennia, is exposed. Uprisings of people are bubbling up, demanding the higher frequency of equality, freedom, and justice. On a global scale, women haven't had freedom for thousands of years.

On January 21, 2017, about five million people peacefully protested in 673 marches on seven continents, unified in action to bring about world change. I know from living through the revolution of the '60s and '70s in Berkeley, CA, that external action is not enough. The action also needs to take place within.

On the Cutting Edge

Listen to the rumbling in your guts and the fury erupting from within. Employ your anger for inner transformation. The power of raw rage, when mixed with love and gratitude, used as an internal rotor-rooter, strips away everything blocking your brilliance. The awakening of humanity is happening in your body. Weird physical symptoms attest to the inner transformation that is taking place. That which is rooted in fear topples. The advanced paradigm is grounded in your own inner truth, not the fake lies of outer influence. What you stand for is seen and honored.

Don't lose hope. Your brilliant essence knows the path for you. We each have a part to play to reach critical mass, the tipping point for humanity. Each of our tasks is completely different, hidden within, waiting to be discovered and acted upon.

Joy, love, and delight are the guideposts to the new day. Watch for miracles, new undreamed of possibilities and showers of love.

Now is the time we have been waiting for!

It's easy to be knocked off course, to extinguish your torch if you are not firmly rooted in inner Truth. Your inner Truth is not something imposed by an external person or structure; it is imprinted in your soul essence.

At times it seems futile, never-ending and hopeless. Even though you may feel you are in the minority, your love is powerful. The power of love is stronger than the disharmony of fear.

Currently, the human condition is dictated by the low frequencies of fear, greed, and hatred. We are building something that has never been constructed before. It does not take everyone on earth to establish radical awakening. A small dedicated group of people, each person firmly united to her or his light, joining with each other are enough to change the tide from fear to love. An accumulation of acts forges dynamic change.

Since the 60's I've been watching beacons of light multiply around the world. We are nearing critical mass and breakthrough. The light structure has grown, interconnected and strengthened. The higher frequency is palpable. Planetary quickening is occurring. Luminous threads, streams of long light weave around the globe, sustaining a new reality based on love. Individuals, each one a pillar of light, send out energy lines, building the unseen framework of the new existence. Every small action fortifies this global network.

Imagine a network or gridworks built of streams of love that support an awakened reality. This is not some woo-woo fantasy. I remember when the Internet and cell phones were dreams beyond comprehension. Like the unseen energies of the Internet that connects us all, we are generating a sustainable paradigm based on love, where everyone is honored and respected.

Stand Up and Connect

Each person carries a piece of the new paradigm; it's not a top-down system like patriarchy where the 1% dictates the accepted reality. It's a puzzle made up of unique individuals. Help build a new existence and then stand back and look at your creation. Is it something you love with all of your heart, or is it tarnished with judgment, greed, and fear? This light structure, beyond the known, is original for each person.

This is not a solo project. We are each a different piece to the puzzle. Bring your amazing vision into form. The only way we will succeed is by supporting and helping each other. In this new reality, we all win, we all succeed. In the old paradigm, success is dictated to look a certain way. Wall Street, Madison Ave. and politicians understand fully how to influence your unconscious and run your life without your cognitive awareness. Until you change, 95% of your life is run by your unconscious.

But, what if the media's idea of success isn't what your heart and soul wants? What if your idea success is to enjoy, savor every luscious second, and take pleasure in each morsel of life? Is your whole body thirsting for more, not the shallow momentary fulfillment of consumer goods, but more delight, connection with others, pleasure and deep satisfaction? Reconnect to your secret, powerful inner wisdom. Claim your power. Speak your truth. Open to receive love and abundance. Embody your pleasure.

Deep Roots

In order for your pillar of light to be sustainable, it needs to be rooted through the depths of your unconscious fears. Love your fear of death and unite with your essence. You can't topple over when you are firmly established in the divine essence of who you are.

Your body may require new wiring to consistently link your brain, heart, power, intuition, and pleasure with your essence. Otherwise, what you put out in the world keeps collapsing or is sustained through effort and struggle, rather than ease and delight. Frozen roots, like neural patterns frozen in fear, are not sustainable. Firmly plant your neural pathways and inner structures in your own soul essence.

When your outer manifestation reflects the inner connection with your true essence, the light of your soul glistens through everything you do. It shines through your unique life, the life that only you can live on this precious earth. Your joys and sorrows, footprints on the earth, create this reality.

Many of you chose to be here at this time to participate in co-creating a new world. For years you have learned and prepared. Don't be fooled or coerced by the tide of fear. Your light and feminine intuitive power are extinguished by fear. The old paradigm is grasping and gasping, doing everything in its power to continue.

You ARE the Change!

The world needs your audacious dreams. Uncertain times call for daring gestures. Full body connection rather than mental conjecture leads to wondrous results.

The more neural pathways exposed to your dreams and actions, the greater the manifestation. Each neural connection brings life-giving energy to your project, hopes, and ideas. How many layers of love, excitement, and pleasure do you allow yourself to experience?

Where were the women while history was created

I took a new turn on my pathway of spiritual growth and development when I became aware of the National Women's History Project and their goal to write women back into history. It was a surprise turn, one that I didn't see coming. It is one that will be taking me to new places internally and externally. Discovering the National Women's History Project caused me to hit my pause button and take stock of my ignorance about women's history. I realized that most of my role models from history had been men. I don't feel there was anything wrong with that as I learned and emulated many helpful characteristics. However, I realized that I also bought into the cultural beliefs about the inferiority of women. I was appalled by the realization that unconsciously I had accepted many of the negative cultural beliefs about females that I had grown up with even when I rebelled against them.

I remembered a conversation with my stepfather when I was a teenager and I told him I wanted to go to college. He said, "College is a waste for girls because they grow up and get married and have babies." I remember a sinking feeling in my stomach. It was not only what he said but how he said it. It was an unquestionable truth for him. Unknowingly I accepted it. I didn't realize this until years later when I got my Bachelor's Degree after struggling for 10 years. My Master's only took 18 months.

What made finding the Women's History Project so triggering for me? It brought to my awareness of how in believing I was less than a man I have driven myself trying to be good enough. It may be the 21st century but the state of women worldwide continues to need improvement. I believe women have to stop waiting for permission to express our genius and creativity in partnership with those who are working to better the lives of women and children.

I believe we need a different kind of role model for our girls, teenagers, and young women that I see in the media. They are preoccupied with how they look and what they have rather than their creative genius and compassion. The Women's History Project offers real-life women's stories. Yes, we had some 'honorable mentions' in our history books but they don't begin to show what women were and are doing. These women who were not written into our history books were women who changed our world for the better against difficult odds. They were mothers and wives who still contributed to social change and the betterment of life for others.

Their stories were not valued enough to be put into our history books. They are true heroines. Their stories are inspirational. Learning about them have provided me with a greater sense of value and worth for myself and my possibilities. Their stories are our stories. Ones we can stand on, draw strength from and motivate ourselves to take more positive actions. We have a world crying out for what women naturally bring to the table. Our fears keep us from taking action.
